Dear Sir or Madam,

I’m writing because I would like to make an appointment with you. I would like to discuss the alertness that I need for the London Museum.
London Museum is a very interesting place. It’s possible to see the history of our country and many different cultures. I need alertness, because we have received threats. They can steal valuable objects from us. At present we want to augment the alertness and to put alarms.
I’m available in the mornings from nine o’clock to twelve o’clock from Monday to Friday. I’d like to hear from you.

Yours faithfully,

Jordi Costa
